On the run from significant illness following the death of a good friend her own age, Angela took the choice of living over disease.

After 6 months on a Bourgeois Healthy Eating Plan specifically designed to manage her fluctuating blood sugar levels, Maria was advised by her Doctor to reduce her diabetic medication by half. Blood sugar levels had stabilised consistently and the need for medication reduced.
