4 Cups of Organic Spelt Flour.
4 Cups of Organic Dried Fruit (I used apricots, raisins and figs - leave whole).
1 Teaspoon of Himalayan Salt.
1 Tablespoon of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
1 Teaspoon of Instant Dry Yeast.
340ml approx of Warm Water.
Combine all ingredients into Bread Maker.
Select Dark Crust Option (longest proving time).
Once cooked, remove from machine and leave to cool on wire rack for a good 5 hours for easiest slicing. If you can!!!
Serve toasted with choice of organic coconut oil, organic butter, home made jam or mashed banana and cinnamon. YUM.
